Product Description
Hardness in water is due to excessive amounts of calcium and magnesium salts. This causes scale build up on water heating elements and pipe work. If the water is hard, soap products become difficult to lather and glassware experiences "streaking" which is difficult to remove. Installing a Water Softener readily solves these problems. A softener removes calcium by way of ion exchange. So in effect, the hard calcium is replaced by a more soluble sodium ion leaving you with much softer workable water. PureZone Water Softening systems are also capable of removing small amounts of iron from bore water supplies. Aqua Dynamics offer PureZone Water Softeners in different sizes depending on the flow required and also with a number of controller options from an Automatic timer control head to a full electronic head.
