Replacement Water Filter Cartridges

The good thing about replacement water filter cartridges is that many of the different brands are compatible with each other. To make it easier to find the correct your water filter cartridge from another we have listed the height/length and width. Below are a few terms that will help you to work your way through this section.

• Standard Size - approx 2.5" or 63mm wide
• Jumbo Size - approx 4.5" or 114mm wide
• um = abbr of Micron rating. The higher the micron the coarser the filtration media. ie:
• ≤ 1um is fine sediment filtration (removes cyst - Giadia, Cryptosporidium)
• 5um and 10um is fine/medium sediment filtration
• 20um is medium sediment filtration
• 50 micron is coarse sediment filtration
