Certified to NSF standard 42 and FDA approved, the Poly-spun sediment cartridges are the most cost efficient method of pre-filtration without losing on quality. Pre-filter sediment cartridges (poly-spun, string, pleated) will not alter taste or odour, so are best used in conjunction with a carbon filter if this is what you require. Our Poly-Spun cartridges have four layers of filtration, with each layer a different micron rating. This proven method effectively retains particles and extends the filter life with a much lower pressure drop.
