Shipping & Returns
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt .We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in New Zealand dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
Signature required Tickets & Authority to Leave Signature waiver agreements
We only use signature required tickets with the courier company. Any Authority to Leave Signature Waiver Agreements that a customer of Aqua Dynamics makes with a courier company is an agreement between the receiver and the courier company and waives any responsibility Aqua Dynamics has regarding final delivery of the goods. Lodging non delivery claims through the courier company when the proof of delivery states that the item has been left in such designated areas is the sole responsibilty of the person/company who engaged in the Authority Signature Waiver to leave contract with the courier company.
